You will accuse the wrong person. You will be accused. Most of you move with \u003cstrong\u003ethe formation\u003c\/strong\u003e. A few of you serve \u003cstrong\u003eKHAOS\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach round, one player convenes. They name a delegation and the room votes on it — hands up, five seconds, majority sends them. Then the delegates each play one vote card, face down. The moderator shuffles them where everyone can see, and turns them over.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll \u003cstrong\u003eLOCKED IN\u003c\/strong\u003e, and the delegation held. One \u003cstrong\u003eSOLD OUT\u003c\/strong\u003e in the pile, and somebody in that group was working against you. You know it happened. You don't know who.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThen the floor opens, and the floor is the whole game.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThree rounds if the night is short. Five if it isn't. First side to a majority takes it.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eFor the regulars\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTwo optional cards change everything. \u003cstrong\u003eThe Elder\u003c\/strong\u003e is shown one Foe before the first round — a lead, never an answer. \u003cstrong\u003eThe Plant\u003c\/strong\u003e is the one Foe the Elder is never shown.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWith both in play, a win by the formation isn't final. After the last round, the Foes huddle and the Plant names one player in the room as the Elder.
